Please be advised that updating your data will not result in the deletion of your data prior to the update, which is related to the obligation to maintain the integrity of the data, processed by the personal data controller for a specific purpose.

Ø You have the right to restrict processing, including the right to object to the processing of data, citing a specific situation.This right
can be exercised in person at the CDV premises. Ø We would like to inform you that the indicated right will be exercised by the personal data controller only if the performance of a certain activity does not contradict the applicable laws that oblige the personal data controller to process the data.

Ø In addition, you have the right to transfer your data from the information systems to the designated entity and to file a complaint with the Office of Personal Data Protection regulating the actions of the controller in the processing of personal data.
